  • 2 pound Chicken
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 2.50 teaspoon yellow curry powder
  • 1.50 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 3 Nos cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • As required Freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon reduced sodium sauce
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 teaspoon Brown Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger

  • STEP 1.Cut chicken into small chunks

  • STEP 2.For preparing peanut butter,take a small bowl,add peanut butter,soy sauce,lime juice,brown sugar,chili garlic sauce and ginger.

  • STEP 3.Now add 2-3 tbsp of water and whisk it until desired consistency is achieved.

  • STEP 4.Take another bowl and add coconut milk,soy sauce,curry powder, turmeric,garlic,ginger,brown sugar and fish sauce.

  • STEP 5.Now take chicken in a large bowl and marinate it with coconut milk mixture and keep it for at least two hours to midnight.

  • STEP 6.1.take out the chicken pieces from the marinade,and leave behind the marinade.

  • STEP 1.Prior heat grill to medium high heat and then thread chicken onto skewers,brush with oil and sprinkle some salt and pepper for taste.

  • STEP 7.4.put the skewers to the grill,and heat the chicken well until it looks cooked enough,turn the skewers occasionally.

  • STEP 8.5.serve hot with peanut sauce.
