  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 2.50 teaspoon yellow curry powder
  • 1.50 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 3 Nos cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • As required Freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon reduced sodium sauce
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoon chili garlic sauce

How to Make Chicken Satay With Peanut Sauce Recipe

STEP 01

Cut chicken into small chunks

STEP 02

For preparing peanut butter,take a small bowl,add peanut butter,soy sauce,lime juice,brown sugar,chili garlic sauce and ginger.

STEP 03

Now add 2-3 tbsp of water and whisk it until desired consistency is achieved.

STEP 04

Take another bowl and add coconut milk,soy sauce,curry powder, turmeric,garlic,ginger,brown sugar and fish sauce.

STEP 05

Now take chicken in a large bowl and marinate it with coconut milk mixture and keep it for at least two hours to midnight.

1.take out the chicken pieces from the marinade,and leave behind the marinade.

Prior heat grill to medium high heat and then thread chicken onto skewers,brush with oil and sprinkle some salt and pepper for taste.

4.put the skewers to the grill,and heat the chicken well until it looks cooked enough,turn the skewers occasionally.
