  • 0.40 Onions, Thinly Sliced
  • 1/10 cup Tomato Puree

  • 1/5 cup Potato Straws

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, marinate the chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
  • STEP 3.In a separate pan, heat oil and fry the sliced onions until golden brown. Remove half of the fried onions and set aside for garnishing.
  • STEP 4.Add the tomato puree to the remaining fried onions and cook until the oil separates.
  • STEP 5.Add the cooked chicken to the tomato-onion mixture and simmer for a few minutes.
  • STEP 6.In a small pan, heat ghee and fry the potato straws until crispy. Drain on a paper towel.
