Chicken Roast Gravy is an Indian dish in which firstly chicken peices are being roasted mixing with all spices and then yummilicious gravy is bein prepared with yougurt and cashew paste.
STEP 1.Firstly we have to wash the chicken peices ( big thighs) and then we have to poke it with chopped spoon and mix salt in the chicken peices
STEP 2.In a pan add some oil and ghee Now add the chicken pieces, mix with salt well and fry it on medium heat for 5-6 mins till the chicken is browned well and Aside it.
STEP 3.Now Add the chopped onions and fry on medium heat for 5-6 mins till translucent.
STEP 4.-Now add the Ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 mins
STEP 5.on low heat.
STEP 6.- Add turmeric, red chilli and coriander powders and mix it well. Fry it on low heat for 2-3 mins after adding a splash of water.
STEP 7.Now add the cashew paste , Kashmiri mirch, yougurt, and ketchup mix well and put it on the pan and fry for 5-6 mins on medium heat till oil separates.
STEP 8.- Add the previously made roast masala mix and cook for 1 min.
STEP 9.- Add water, mix and put the fried chicken peices cover & cook until chicken peices becomes soft and add ghee.
STEP 10.- Serve with chapati or rice.
