  • 0.33 Cup Cooking oil
  • 0.33 Tsps Ghee
  • A Handful Thinly sliced onions
  • As Required Whole garam masala: Bay leaves
  • 0.33 Pieces Cinnamon sticks
  • 0.67 Pieces Cardamom
  • 0.67 Pieces Cloves
  • 1.17 Tbsp Raw oninon garlic ginger paste
  • 0.67 Tbsp Cashew paste
  • 0.67 Tsps Plain yogurt (
  • 0.17 Tbsp Ketchup
  • 0.17 Tsp Garam Masala powder
  • To Taste Salt
  • 0.33 Tsps Mace powder (G)
  • As Required Green Chili
  • Handful fried onion
  • 0.06 Pieces Jayfal
  • 0.17 Tsp Cumin seeds
  • 0.17 Tsp Coriander
  • 0.08 Tsp Sahi jeera
  • 1/2 Pieces Black pepper

Directions: CHICKEN ROAST GRAVY #ChickenRecipes #FEM5K

  • STEP 1.Firstly we have to wash the chicken peices ( big thighs) and then we have to poke it with chopped spoon and mix salt in the chicken peices
  • STEP 2.In a pan add some oil and ghee Now add the chicken pieces, mix with salt well and fry it on medium heat for 5-6 mins till the chicken is browned well and Aside it.
  • STEP 3.Now Add the chopped onions and fry on medium heat for 5-6 mins till translucent.
  • STEP 4.-Now add the Ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 mins
  • STEP 5.on low heat.
  • STEP 6.- Add turmeric, red chilli and coriander powders and mix it well. Fry it on low heat for 2-3 mins after adding a splash of water.
  • STEP 7.Now add the cashew paste , Kashmiri mirch, yougurt, and ketchup mix well and put it on the pan and fry for 5-6 mins on medium heat till oil separates.
  • STEP 8.- Add the previously made roast masala mix and cook for 1 min.
  • STEP 9.- Add water, mix and put the fried chicken peices cover & cook until chicken peices becomes soft and add ghee.
  • STEP 10.- Serve with chapati or rice.
