Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, cloves, and cinnamon stick.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell disappears.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
  • STEP 5.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
  • STEP 6.Add the chicken pieces and cook until they are browned on all sides.
  • STEP 7.Add water and salt. Cover and cook until the chicken is tender.
  • STEP 8.Add kasuri methi and fresh cream. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • STEP 9.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.
