Ingredients for Chicken Punjabi Recipe

  • 100 gm chicken (boneless)
  • 0.33 Pieces Onion chopped
  • 0.33 Pieces Tomato chopped
  • 0.17 A Bunch Bunch coriander leaves chopped
  • 0.33 tsp Ginger paste
  • 0.33 tsp Garlic paste
  • 0.17 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.33 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.17 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 0.33 tbsp Coriander cumin powder
  • 0.33 tsp Cumin seed
  • to taste Salt and sugar
  • As Required As needed oil

Directions: Chicken Punjabi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat oil and temper cumin seed
  • STEP 2.Add onion chopped and saute well
  • STEP 3.Add ginger garlic paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
  • STEP 4.Add chopped tomato and saute well
  • STEP 5.Add all the masalas saute well
  • STEP 6.Add chicken pieces and saute well cover it till it is soft
  • STEP 7.Add coriander leaves and water and simmer
  • STEP 8.Garnish with grated cheese and serve
