Ingredients for Chicken Pulao Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Cooking Oil
  • 2 Pyaz sliced medium
  • 1/2 kilogram Chicken
  • 7-8 Badi elaichi
  • 5-6 Hari elaichi
  • 7-8 Lehsan cloves
  • 1 inch Adrak slices
  • 2 tablespoon Saunf
  • 1 As required Namak tsp
  • 3 As required Pani Cups
  • 1 teaspoon Cooking Oil
  • 2 cup Chawal basmati
  • 1-2 tablespoon Cooking Oil
  • 8-10 Kaju
  • 8-10 Badam
  • 8-10 Pista
  • 1 tablespoon Sukha nariyal
  • 1 tablespoon Kishmish and 0.5

Directions: Chicken Pulao Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a pot,add vegetable oil,onion and fry till golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add chicken and blend well till it changes color.
  • STEP 3.Add black cardamom,green cardamom,garlic,ginger,fennel seeds,salt and blend well.
  • STEP 4.Add water,mix well and produce it to boil.
  • STEP 5.Cover and cook on medium low flame for 20-25 minutes or till chicken is tender.
  • STEP 6.Take out chicken items for later use then strain stock & put aside.
  • STEP 7.In wok,add vegetable oil,rice and blend well.
  • STEP 8.Add ready stock,bring it to boil and cook on high flame till water is reduced.
  • STEP 9.Cover and steam cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes.
  • STEP 10.In the cooking pan,add vegetable oil,cashew barmy,almonds,pistachios,dry coconut,raisins and fry for 1-2 minutes.
  • STEP 11.Now add deep-fried barmy and grilled chicken items,cover and steam cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
