  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine wheat flour, salt, and oil. Knead into a soft dough.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Saut�� until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste, and spices. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
  • STEP 4.Add cooked and shredded chicken to the pan. Mix well.
  • STEP 5.Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into parathas.
  • STEP 6.Place a spoonful of the chicken filling in the center of each paratha and seal the edges.
  • STEP 7.Cook the parathas on a hot griddle until golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 8.Serve hot with yogurt or chutney.
