Ingredients for Chicken Paprikash Recipe
- 1/4 tablespoon Oil i use sunflower oil
- 1/2 tablespoon Unsalted butter
- 1/4 Large onion peeled and diced
- 3/4 Chicken breasts approx. 525g/1. 1lbs, chopped into bite size chunks
- 1/2 tablespoon Plain flour
- 0.06 teaspoon Salt
- 0.13 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon Hungarian sweet or spiced paprika i use sweet, but use the spicy one if you like a little heat
- 1/2 Cloves garlic peeled and minced
- 100 gram Tin chopped tomatoes in juice
- 120 milliliter Hot chicken stock
- 56.25 milliliter Sour cream
- As required Cooked pasta such as pappardelle tagliatelle or penne
- As required Handful of chopped parsley
