Ingredients for Chicken Paprikash Recipe

  • 1/4 tablespoon Oil i use sunflower oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon Unsalted butter
  • 1/4 Large onion peeled and diced
  • 3/4 Chicken breasts approx. 525g/1. 1lbs, chopped into bite size chunks
  • 1/2 tablespoon Plain flour
  • 0.06 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.13 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon Hungarian sweet or spiced paprika i use sweet, but use the spicy one if you like a little heat
  • 1/2 Cloves garlic peeled and minced
  • 100 gram Tin chopped tomatoes in juice
  • 120 milliliter Hot chicken stock
  • 56.25 milliliter Sour cream
  • As required Cooked pasta such as pappardelle tagliatelle or penne
  • As required Handful of chopped parsley
