  • 1/4 cup Corn Kernels
  • 1/4 cup Salsa
  • 1/4 tablespoon Taco Seasoning
  • 1 cup Tortilla Chips
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • STEP 2.In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, black beans, corn, salsa, and taco seasoning.
  • STEP 3.Spread half of the tortilla chips in an even layer in the prepared baking dish.
  • STEP 4.Top with half of the chicken mixture and sprinkle with half of the shredded cheese.
  • STEP 5.Repeat the layers with the remaining tortilla chips, chicken mixture, and shredded cheese.
