Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • STEP 2.In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  • STEP 3.In the same skillet, add mushrooms, onions, and garlic. Sauté until mushrooms are tender and onions are translucent.
  • STEP 4.Return the chicken to the skillet and stir in marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
