STEP 1.Take a wok and heat some oil. Then stir fry garlic and ginger for a minute. Add marinated chicken and wait for it to turn light brown then remove immediately do not overcook.

STEP 2.Add more cooking oil and stir fry mushrooms. Add hoisin sauce, sesame oil and water. Mix for a minute and then cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
