Momos originating from Tibet is a hugely popular street food in the country, largely in North-India. It can be made with stuffing of mixed veggies, noodles or chicken.
STEP 1.Knead a soft dough from flour, salt, 2 tsp oil and water.
STEP 2.Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and put chopped garlic.
STEP 3.Now add chopped onion and sauté till golden brown.
STEP 4.Add boiled and shredded chicken, garam masala, chilli powder and salt.
STEP 5.Add an egg, scramble it and sauté for a minute.
STEP 6.Now add tomato sauce, mix well and switch off the flame.
STEP 7.Make small size balls from dough and roll out like poori.
STEP 8.Keep stuffing mixture on poori, fold it in momo shape and steam for 10 minutes.
STEP 9.Serve chicken momos with sauce immediately.
