Ingredients for Chicken Momos Recipe

  • 0.17 cup All-purpose flour/Maida
  • 0.17 tbsp Oil
  • 0.06 cup Boiled and shredded chicken
  • 0.17 Pieces Egg
  • 0.17 Pieces small Onion(finely chopped)
  • 0.33 g Garlic cloves finely chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.17 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 0.08 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.08 tsp Garam masala powder

How to Make Chicken Momos Recipe

STEP 01

Knead a soft dough from flour, salt, 2 tsp oil and water.

STEP 02

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and put chopped garlic.

STEP 03

Now add chopped onion and sauté till golden brown.

STEP 04

Add boiled and shredded chicken, garam masala, chilli powder and salt.

STEP 05

Add an egg, scramble it and sauté for a minute.

STEP 06

Now add tomato sauce, mix well and switch off the flame.

STEP 07

Make small size balls from dough and roll out like poori.

STEP 08

Keep stuffing mixture on poori, fold it in momo shape and steam for 10 minutes.

STEP 09

Serve chicken momos with sauce immediately.
