  • 1/2 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder

  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon Ghee
  • 1/2 Onions, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 Tomatoes, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1/2 Green Chilies, Slit
  • as required Fresh Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, marinate the chicken pieces with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
  • STEP 3.In another pan, heat ghee and add onions, ginger-garlic paste, and green chilies. Saute until the onions are golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the spices are well combined.
  • STEP 5.Add the cooked chicken to the tomato mixture and mix well. Cook for a few minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan bread.

  • Marinating the chicken for at least 30 minutes will help to tenderize the meat and infuse it with flavor.
