  • STEP 1.Marinate the chicken pieces with soy sauce, ginger-garlic paste, and cornstarch.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.In another pan, heat oil and sauté onions, garlic, and green chilies.
  • STEP 4.Add capsicum and cook until it becomes slightly tender.
  • STEP 5.Add tomato ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar, and water to make the sauce.
