But is a fusion food from the Indian Chinese cuisine which is developed with the adaptation of Chinese seasoning & cooking methods to suit Indian taste buds.

Ingredients for Chicken Manchurian Gravy Recipe

- 1/4 cup Tomato puree
- 3 teaspoon Red chilli sauce
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Chilli vinegar
- 3 tablespoon Cornflour
- 1 cup Water

- 300 gram Chicken boneless
- 1 Egg broken
- 1 teaspoon Soya sauce

- 4 Garlic finely chopped cloves
- 2 inch Ginger finely chopped

How to Make Chicken Manchurian Gravy Recipe
In a mixing bowl add 300 g chicken boneless, 2 tbsp cornflour, 1 broken egg, 1 tsp soya sauce, pinch of salt. Mex all the ingredients together well. Keep aside for 1 hour.
To make manchurian sauce mixture, in another bowl, add ¼ cup tomato puree, 3 tsp red chilli sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp chilli vinegar, 1 tbsp cornflour and 1 cup water. Mix well to ensure there are no lumps formed. Keep aside.
Preheat a pan and add 1 tbsp oil, add the marinated chicken, one piece at a time into the hot oil. Fry well until the chicken is golden brown on all sides and cooked.
To make the chicken manchurian, in a pan add 1 tbsp oil, 4 cloves finely chopped garlic, 2 inches ginger finely chopped and saute for a few seconds until the garlic is soft.
Add 1/4 cup chopped spring onions and stir fry for 30 seconds. Add 1 onion thinly sliced, 1 capsicum thinly sliced and 1 green chilli finely chopped. Stir fry ill capsicum and onion are slightly softened.
At this stage stir in the manchurian sauce mixture and cook, stirring to ensure no lumps are formed. Cook until sauce thickens.
Add the fried chicken pieces and cook till chicken is well coated with the sauce. Serve with fried rice.
