  • 166.67 gram Boneless Chicken
  • 2.67-3 Garlic cloves chop in round shape
  • 0.33 inch Ginger s cut length wise very thin
  • 1.33 Onion cut in to peices and remove all the layers and keep it seperately
  • piece Capsicum cut in to square
  • As required Spring onion chopped finely
  • 0.67 tablespoon Corn flour + little extra for gravy
  • 0.67 tablespoon Whit Flour
  • 0.33 egg beaten
  • 0.67 tablespoon Soya sauce little more according to your taste

  • 0.67 teaspoon Black pepper powder

  • 0.33 cup chicken stock or Veg stock
  • 0.33 teaspoon chilly Vinegar

  • As required Salt
