  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix minced chicken, grated onions, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, coriander leaves, cream, and spices.
  • STEP 2.Shape the mixture into small balls and deep fry until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.In a separate pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds, onions, and ginger-garlic paste. Cook until onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add tomato puree, cashew paste, and spices. Cook until the oil separates from the mixture.
  • STEP 5.Add water and bring the gravy to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for a few minutes.
  • STEP 6.Add the fried chicken koftas to the gravy and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with fresh cream and coriander leaves before serving.
