Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, marinate the chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through. Set aside.
  • STEP 3.In the same pan, melt butter and add cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, cardamom pods, and cloves. Sauté until fragrant.
