  • 1/2 cup Chopped chicken liver
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Tomatoes
  • 2 No.s Chopped green chilly
  • 6 No.s Chopped garlic
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Onion
  • 2 No.s Egg
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chicken masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper powder
  • As required Mint leaves a few
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking Oil

How to Make Chicken Liver Thoran Recipe

STEP 01

Set a pan on the stove. Turn on the flame and add 2 tbsp cooking oil.

STEP 01

Add in ½ cup each of chopped onions and chopped chicken liver; 6 chopped garlics and 2 chopped chillies and a pinch of salt.

Stir mix all the ingredients and add a sprig of curry leaves.

STEP 01

Cover the pan and cook for 7-10 minutes till the liver is properly cooked.

In between stir and add in chopped tomatoes along.

Turn down the flame to low and add ¼ tsp turmeric powder,½ tsp garam masala,½ tsp chicken masala,1 tsp pepper powder.

In a bowl crack 2 eggs. Add a pinch of salt, ½ tsp pepper and whisk the egg well.

STEP 01

Pour in the egg to the pan and saute till the ingredients are dry.

Turn off the flame when properly cooked and garnish with a few mint leaves.
