Ingredients for Chicken Liver Thoran Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Chopped chicken liver
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Tomatoes
  • 2 No.s Chopped green chilly
  • 6 No.s Chopped garlic
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Onion
  • 2 No.s Egg
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chicken masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper powder
  • As required Mint leaves a few
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking Oil

Directions: Chicken Liver Thoran Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Set a pan on the stove. Turn on the flame and add 2 tbsp cooking oil.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Add in ½ cup each of chopped onions and chopped chicken liver; 6 chopped garlics and 2 chopped chillies and a pinch of salt.

  • STEP 1.Stir mix all the ingredients and add a sprig of curry leaves.

  • STEP 1.Cover the pan and cook for 7-10 minutes till the liver is properly cooked.

  • STEP 1.In between stir and add in chopped tomatoes along.

step 6

  • STEP 1.Turn down the flame to low and add ¼ tsp turmeric powder,½ tsp garam masala,½ tsp chicken masala,1 tsp pepper powder.

  • STEP 1.In a bowl crack 2 eggs. Add a pinch of salt, ½ tsp pepper and whisk the egg well.

step 8

  • STEP 1.Pour in the egg to the pan and saute till the ingredients are dry.

step 9

  • STEP 1.Turn off the flame when properly cooked and garnish with a few mint leaves.
