  • 50 g Chicken
  • A Few Pea
  • A Few Potato
  • A Few Tomatoe
  • 1 Tsp ginger garllic paste
  • 1 Tsp arlic
  • 1 Tsp Onion
  • 1 Tsp reen Chilli
  • 1.50 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Tsp aram masala
  • 1/2 Pieces Cinamon
  • 1/2 Pieces Cardamom
  • 1/2 Pieces Bay leaf

Directions: Chicken Keema Tadka #ChickenRecipes #FEM5K

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add onions and cook till golden brown
  • STEP 2.Add ginger, chopped tomatoes, green chili and cook until oil separates, potatoes,peas
  • STEP 3.Now add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander, powder chili powder, salt, and cook for 2 more minutes.
  • STEP 4.Add minced meat. Once the meat starts changing color, add pigeon peas and add water. Close the lid and cook until 2 whistles are given out
  • STEP 5.Once the steam has escaped, open the lid and add garam masala powder, mint leaves and squeeze in the lime.
  • STEP 6.Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish.
