  • 2 g 2Ā lbsĀ boneless chicken thig
  • 2 cup Soy sauce
  • 1 cup Olive oil
  • 2 Tsp Dried oregano
  • 3 g garlic cloves(peeled)
  • 2 Tsp Lemon juiced
  • 3 As Required multicolored bell peppers
  • As Required Skewers

Directions: Chicken Kebab #ChickenRecipes #FEM5K

  • STEP 1.Place the chicken pieces in the large bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix everything well. Cover, and refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours (the longer, the better).
  • STEP 2.Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Arrange the chicken and peppers onto the skewers.
  • STEP 3.Oil the grilling grate. Cook for about 7 minutes on each side, until the chicken is well done.
