Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, ghee, salt, and water to make a soft dough.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and sauté onions until golden brown. Add minced chicken and cook until it is cooked through.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 4.Roll out small portions of the dough and place a spoonful of the chicken filling in the center. Fold the edges to seal the kachori.
  • STEP 5.Deep fry the kachoris in hot oil until they turn golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 6.Serve hot with chutney or as a part of a meal.
