- 4 sprig Parsley

How to Make Chicken In White Sauce Recipe
Steps To Prepare
Marinate chicken with ½ tsp salt and ¼ tsp of white/black pepper.
Heat cooking pot at a medium flame. Place the chicken in the pot and cook it for 7 mins and then flip it and cook for about 5 mins.
Once cooked, take it out from the pot.
Using the same pot, add butter and melt it. Now add onion, garlic and saute it.
Next, add the flour and cook it for a minute with continuous stirring.
Add 2 cups of water and stir it, then add chicken bouillon powder and the remaining white/black pepper.
Now add chicken and cook it for 5 minutes with the lid on.
Lastly, add the cream and cook it for 3 mins at low flame, Garnish with chopped parsley and then turn off the flame.
