  • 1/4 g For base
  • 125 g rms Chicken Mince
  • to taste Salt &pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp Chat masala
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Cumin coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp Red chillie powder
  • 3/4 tbsp Roasted Besan
  • 1/2 tbsp Kaju paste
  • 1/2 tsp Melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh cream
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Mint leaves
  • 1/2 g reen chillies finely chopped
  • 1/4 g Juice of lemon
  • 1/4 g For white sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp While wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 g as per taste Salt &pepper as per taste
  • 1/4 g For green chutney layer
  • 0.13 cup Coriander leaves
  • 0.06 cup Mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp 4-5 tbsp
  • 1/4 g 1-2 G
  • 0.13 tsp Black salt
  • 1/4 g as per taste Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Sugar
  • 0.13 g Juice of a lemon
  • 1/4 g other ingredients
  • 50 g rms Paneer
  • 12.50 grams Cheese
  • 3/4 g Egg
  • 1.25 tbsp 5-6 tbsp
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Directions: Chicken Guldasta #ChickenRecipes #FEM5K

  • STEP 1.First marinate the chicken Mince with all the ingridents mentioned till the lemon juice.Mix nicely and let it rest for 30 mins
  • STEP 2.Prepare the white sauce-Heat butter and saute the flour till golden brown.Add salt and pepper.Gradually add the milk till it thickens. Keeep aside
  • STEP 3.Take all the ingridents of the chutney and grind to a smooth paste.Set aside
  • STEP 4.ASSEMBLING-Take a foil and place the marinated chicken.Flatten the chicken like a rectangle.
  • STEP 5.On the chicken apply the white sauce
  • STEP 6.Now spread some green chutney
  • STEP 7.Sprinkle the grated paneer and cheese
  • STEP 8.Now gently roll the chicken like a log.Once the roll is ready, refrigerate for 15 mins
  • STEP 9.Meanwhile take the eggs add the spices,whisk and set aside
  • STEP 10.Remove the chicken roll and dip it in egg and then dip it in breadcrumbs.Place this dipped roll on a baking sheet
  • STEP 11.Bake the chicken roll in a preheated oven at 180⁰ for 30 to 40 mins
