  • STEP 1.In a large pan, heat oil and sauté onions until golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until fragrant.
  • STEP 3.Add chicken pieces and cook until they are browned on all sides.
  • STEP 4.In a separate bowl, mix together tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 5.Add the tomato mixture to the pan and cook for a few minutes.
