  • STEP 1.In a blender, grind together red chilies, garlic, ginger, tamarind paste, and vinegar to make a smooth paste.
  • STEP 2.Marinate the chicken pieces with the prepared paste, turmeric powder, and salt. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Heat ghee in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and sliced onions. Saute until the onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook on medium heat until it is cooked through and the masala is well coated.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
