  • 450 gram chicken feet
  • 2 piece chicken stock cubes
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 No.s green cooking bananas
  • 5 No.s small eddoes
  • 2 No.s medium sweet potatoes
  • 2 No.s Potatoes
  • As required Water
  • 1 tablespoon veg oil
  • 1 No.s large onion
  • 4 No.s cloves garlic
  • 4 sprig Thyme
  • 1 No.s Scallion
  • 2 cup diced pumpkin
  • As required Salt
  • 1 No.s scotch bonnet pepper
  • 2 No.s medium carrots

Directions: Chicken Foot Soup Recipe

  • STEP 1.Rinse the fish with water.
  • STEP 2.Make cuts on both the sides of a fish with a knife.
  • STEP 3.Season the fish with some lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • STEP 4.Heat some oil in a pot and add onions, garlic pepper, thyme, spring onions and saute it.
  • STEP 5.Add chicken foot pieces and a cup of water to this.
  • STEP 6.Turn the flame to high and cook for 25 minutes.
  • STEP 7.Add chopped vegetables to the pot. Bring it to a boil and add chopped pepper and salt.
  • STEP 8.Cook it for 50 minutes or until the vegetables become tender.
