Ingredients for Chicken Flower Dumplings Recipe

  • 100 Grams Chicken mince
  • To Taste salt
  • Handful Chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 Tbsp fried onions
  • 1/4 Tsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/4 Tsp red chili flakes
  • 0.13 Cup SOAKED rice

Directions: Chicken Flower Dumplings Recipe

  • STEP 1. In a bowl, mix together all the above mentioned ingredients (except rice). Grease your palm and make small round balls out of the mix.
  • STEP 2. Coat with the soaked rice and steam them for 15 minutes or till the rice is fully cooked. Let them cool down for some time before you serve with any chutney or sauce.
