  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 stick Cinnamon

  • 1/2 Onions, Finely Chopped
  • 0.13 cup Tomato Puree
  • 0.13 cup Water
  • 0.06 cup Fresh Cream
  • as per your need Chopped Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix together yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, and cardamom pods. Cook until fragrant.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped onions and cook until golden brown.
  • STEP 5.Add the marinated chicken and cook until it is browned on all sides.
  • STEP 6.Pour in the tomato puree and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 7.Add water, cover the pan, and let the chicken simmer until it is cooked through and tender.
  • STEP 8.Stir in fresh cream and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
