Ingredients for Chicken Dum Biryani #ChickenRecipes #FFM5K Recipe

  • A Few clove and cinnamon. Serve this biryani with some spicy salan and you'l have a delectable treat for lunch or dinner
  • 100 gram Chicken legs
  • 1/5 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.40 tsp ginger garllic paste
  • 1/10 cup Yogurt
  • 1/10 tsp turmeric pwoder
  • 1/5 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/5 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 0.30 tsp 1 1/2 tsp
  • a pinch Of saffron
  • 1/10 cup Milk
  • 0.40 cups water
  • 1 Pieces Cardamoms
  • 0.60 Pieces Cloves
  • 1/5 Pieces Stick cinnamon
  • 0.40 Tsp Black cardamom
  • 1 Tsp Black peppercorn
  • 1/10 tsp Salt
  • 1/5 cup rice (long grain
  • 1/5 tbsp Ghee
  • 1/5 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
  • 0.40 tbsp Fried onion
  • 0.60 Tbsp tpsp cashews and almonds

Directions: Chicken Dum Biryani #ChickenRecipes #FFM5K

  • STEP 1.First mix the saffron in half a cup of milk and keep aside.
  • STEP 2.Now in a bowl, add all the marination ingredients and coat the chicken pieces well with it. Let it marinate for about 4 hours.
  • STEP 3.Now to prepare the rice, put all the ingredients given except saffron and milk, in warm water along with washed rice.
  • STEP 4.Cook for 10-15 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Heat some ghee in a pan and add all the marinated chicken followed by cooked rice in it. Top with saffron milk, coriander leaves, fried onion and chopped almonds. Mix well.
  • STEP 6.Let it cook on a low heat (on dum, in it's own heat) covered with foil for about 20-30 minutes (till the water evaporates and chicken and rice are fully cooked)
