  • 125 g Chicken (with bone)
  • 1/4 Tablespoon Ginger paste
  • 1/4 Tablespoon Garlic paste
  • 1/4 Tablespoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Curd
  • 1 Tablespoon mustard oil
  • 1/4 Tablespoon tumeric power
  • 3/4 Pieces piece red chilli
  • 3/4 Pieces piece bay leaves
  • 1 Pieces piece cinamon
  • A Few coriander seeds
  • 1 Pieces Cloves
  • 1/4 Tablespoon jeera seed
  • 1/4 A Bunch Potato
  • As Required eggs
  • 1/2 Pieces onion
  • A Pinch salt
  • 1/4 Tablespoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • A Bunch piece garlic
  • 1/2 Pieces Eggs

Directions: Chicken Duckbanglow #ChickenRecipe #FEM5K

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, put curd, red chilli powder, turmeric, garlic paste, ginger paste and 1tbsp salt with chicken. Mix well and keep aside for 1 hour. Boil and fry the eggs in the meantime. In a pan, put red chillies, bay leaves, cardamom, corriender seeds, cinamon, cloves and jeera. Then roast the ingredients for 2minutes and let it cool for some time. Put the masala in the mixer grinder for 5mins and make a dry powder. Now, take the same pan and put 4tbsp mustard oil and fry the potatoes and keep aside. Now fry the chopped onions in the same pan and add ginger and garlic paste. Saute for 5minutes and add the marinated chicken along with tumeric powder and salt in the pan. Cover the pan and cook for 10mins. After sometime add the fried potato and also add the Kashmiri red chilli powder. Now add the fried dry powder and garlic pieces and mix well. Add some water and cover the pan for 10minutes and add the boiled eggs. Now you are ready to serve.
