  • STEP 1.In a bowl, marinate the chicken drumsticks with salt, turmeric powder, and red chili powder.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and fry the drumsticks until golden brown. Remove and keep aside.
  • STEP 3.In the same pan, add onions, garlic, and black peppercorns. Saute until the onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Cook for a minute.
