Ingredients for Chicken do Pyaza #ChickenRecipes #FEM5K Recipe

  • 140 gm Chicken
  • 1/10 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/5 tbsp Lemon juice
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.60 tbsp Oil
  • 1/10 tbsp Cumin
  • 0.80 Pieces Onions (fine chopped)
  • 0.30 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/20 tbsp turmeric powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.40 Pieces Tomatoes (fine chopped)
  • 1/5 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1/5 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1/10 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1/10 tbsp Curd
  • as required water
  • 1/5 tbsp Oil
  • 0.40 Pieces Onions (cut in slices)
  • 0.60 Pieces Dry red chili
  • 0.40 Pieces Green Chili (sliced cut)
  • 1/10 tbsp Garam masala powder
  • 1/5 Tbsp Coriander leaves

Directions: Chicken do Pyaza #ChickenRecipes #FEM5K

  • STEP 1.In a bowl add chicken, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, salt and mix it.
  • STEP 2.Now leave it for a minimum of 1 hour.
  • STEP 3.In a hot pot add oil, cumin seeds, and stir it.
  • STEP 4.Add onion and cook it until onions are slightly pink. Now add ginger-garlic paste and cook it until ginger-garlic raw flavor gone.
  • STEP 5.After this add tomatoes and cook it until the tomatoes are properly meshed or release oil.
  • STEP 6.In a curd add red chili powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, turmeric powder, and pour into the pan.
  • STEP 7.After adding the curd, continuously stir until it releases the oil.
  • STEP 8.Now add marinated chicken and cook it on medium-low flame for around 10-15 minutes.
  • STEP 9.Add water as required. Now cover it and stirring in intervals until chicken is cook.
  • STEP 10.In the other pan add oil, dry red chili, green chili onions, and saute it. Now pour into another pan in which chicken cooked and add coriander leaves, gram masala, and mix it.
  • STEP 11.Now it's ready to serve.
