Ingredients for Chicken curry Recipe

  • 150 gms Chicken
  • 1 Pieces Medium potato
  • 1 Pieces Tomato
  • 1.50 Pieces Onion
  • To Taste to taste Salt
  • 1/2 tsp aram masala powder
  • 1 tsp Curd
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder

Directions: Chicken Curry Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take chicken pieces on a plate. Add salt and a pinch of turmeric powder. Add curd. Mix everything. Set aside for 30 minutes. After that, put it in the cooker and cook for 1 whistle.
  • STEP 2.Chop tomato, onion and garlic cloves, and ginger first. Make paste.
  • STEP 3.Pour oil in a pan. Put the paste. Add salt to taste. Add potato slices. Boil Potatoes before cooking. Coat well with the masala. Cook for few minutes.
  • STEP 4.Add pressure-cooked chicken pieces. Coat with the masala. Cook for few minutes. Add chicken stock. Add water next. Cover with a lid and cook for 15 MINUTES.
  • STEP 5.Remove lid, cook for few minutes. Sprinkle 1 Tsp Garam Masala powder and finish cooking.
