STEP 1.Wash the chicken properly. Marinate it with salt and turmeric for 30 minutes. Now heat oil in the pan. Fry the potatoes. Keep them aside. Now add bay leaf. Add the chopped onion. Fry them until it turns to brown. Add ginger garlic paste. Add the masalas and salt. Cook slowly in medium flame. Cover the pan with a lid. After 10 minutes remove the cover and add adequate water. Make sure the chicken is boiled properly. Serve hot.
