  • 4 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoon Flour
  • 4 chicken broth c
  • 1 heavy cream c
  • As required kosher salt
  • As required Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 2 shredded rotisserie chicken c
  • 1 thick cut ham, chopped c
  • 2 shredded Gruyere c
  • 1/2 grated Parmesan c
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 400°.

  • STEP 2.In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  • STEP 3.In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter.

  • STEP 4.Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes.

  • STEP 5.Sprinkle in flour and cook until slightly golden, 2 minutes more.

  • STEP 6.Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream and bring to a boil.

  • STEP 7.Season with salt and pepper, then add mustard powder.

  • STEP 8.Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until liquid coats the back of a spoon, 10-12 minutes.

  • STEP 9.Remove skillet from heat and stir in cooked pasta, chicken, ham, and gruyere. Sprinkle top with parmesan.
