An Indian curry dish which is a very easy quick dish prepared from using chicken pieces, coconut milk, and spices chicken thighs,veggies and coconut milk.

Cut chicken into thin strips and Sprinkle ½ tsp curry powder,¼ tsp ginger,¼ tsp salt and ¼ tsp white pepper. Now mix all the ingredients with clean hands and keep it aside.
Add oil in a pot & heat it and then add the chicken and cook it evenly from both the sides and once chicken is cooked,transfer it to a plate.
In the same pot,add onions and saute them for a minute and now add tomato paste and mix it well with the onions
Add minced garlic & ginger and Add 1 ½ cup of water followed by curry powder,chicken bouillon powder and salt as per taste
Lastly,add chicken and mix well and add coconut milk and stir it then add white pepper, Cook it at low flame and add vegetables.
Sprinkle some basil leaves cook it for a while then turn off the flame.
