Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
  • STEP 2.In the same skillet, cook the chicken until cooked through. Remove from skillet and shred into small pieces.
  • STEP 3.Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Add a small amount of shredded chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and avocado in the center of the wrapper.
