#chicken - This is the very popular Chapli Kebab, also known as Peshawari Kebab. It is a famous street food in Peshawar and in North India. It is a very easy recipe. All it needs to be done is to mix all the ingredients (except oil), make patties and shallow fry. It's that simple.

Ingredients for Chicken Chapli Kebab Recipe

  • 100 Grams chicken keema
  • 1 Tbsp roasted chickpea flour
  • 1/4 Pieces onion
  • 1/4 Pieces tomato
  • 1/4 Tsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/4 Pieces Chopped green chilies
  • 1/2 Tbsp Coriander leaves
  • To Taste salt
  • 0.13 Tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 Tbsp coriander powder
  • 1/4 Tsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 Tsp garam masala powder
  • 1/4 Tsp red chili flakes
  • 1/4 Tsp red chili powder
  • 1/4 Tsp lime juice
  • 0.13 g of an eg
  • 3/4 Tbsp oil to shallow fry

Directions: Chicken Chapli Kebab Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mix together all the above mentioned ingredients (except oil) into a dough and refrigerate for some time.
  • STEP 2. Take a large portion from the prepared dough and give a shape of a patty.
  • STEP 3. Heat some oil in a pan and shallow fry them till done on both sides. Drain on a kitchen towel and serve with any homemade chutney of your choice.
