  • 1/2 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 3/4 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon Ghee
  • 1/2 stick Cinnamon
  • 1 Cardamom Pods
  • 1 Cloves
  • as required Fresh Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix together yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and let it rest for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken. Cook on medium heat until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
  • STEP 4.In a separate pan, heat ghee and add whole spices like cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves. Fry until fragrant.
  • STEP 5.Add the cooked chicken to the pan with the whole spices and mix well. Cook for a few more minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with biryani or pulao rice.
