Spicy chicken preparation consumed widely in Indian state of Goa.
This preparation originated from the Portuguese colonies in the African continent.
It was introduced into the Goan cuisine by the Portuguese.
Today I cooked this recipe in my style.

1.75 Pieces Chicken fillets
1/4 Pieces Big onion
2 Pieces Garlic cloves
As Required Ginger
1 Pieces Green chilli
1/4 Cup Chopped coriander leaves
1.25 Pieces Cloves
As Required Cinnamon
To Taste Salt
As Required Cumin seeds
As Required Mace
1/4 Tsp Lime juice
As Required Black pepper corn
1/2 Tsp Butter
1/2 Pieces Small Sweet Potato
1/4 Pieces Carrot
1/4 Tbsp Sweet corn
As Required For Ganishing Spring onion
Directions: Chicken Cafreal with grilled veggies #ChickenRecipes #FEM5K
STEP 1.Masala paste:-in a mixing jar add onion, ginger half inch, garlic,2 strands mace,half inch cinnamon,cloves, pepper,green chilli, half teaspoon cumin seeds and make a fine paste.
STEP 2.Chicken marination :-in a mixing bowl add chicken fillets, lime juice, salt according to your taste, and masala paste. Mix gently and leave it for 1 hour.
Veggies marination :-cut the veggies add salt according to your taste. Mix nicely.
STEP 3.In a grilled pan add butter, shallow fry marinated chicken and veggie.
STEP 4.Serve hot with a drink of your choice.
