  • 900 gram chicken thigh
  • 2 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Garlic
  • As required Pre mix sauce
  • 0.13 cup rice wine
  • 2 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon chinkiang vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon dried red chilli
  • As required Starch
  • 1/2 tablespoon corn starch
  • 0.13 cup Water

Directions: Chicken Bourbon Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Add oil to a wok and heat it. Add chicken thighs, after about 30 seconds add minced garlic and ginger.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Flip every side after ¼ minute. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until they turn brown.

step 3

  • STEP 2.Then add pre mix sauce and simmer for 2 minutes just to reduce your sauce volume.

step 4

  • STEP 1.Make sure you stir from time to time and then add starch water to thicken the sauce. Turn off the flame immediately. Serve hot.
