  • 0.13 teaspoon Kasoor methi also known as dried fenugreek leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kasmiri chili powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Amchoor powder dried mango powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Salt
  • 1.25 tablespoon Neutral oil vegetable or canola
  • 1/4 cup Shallots Thinly Sliced
  • 0.13 teaspoon Cumin seed
  • 1/4 tablespoon Garlic ginger paste
  • As required The biryani spice mix
  • 1/4 tablespoon Tomato paste diluted with 4 water
  • 1/4 pound Chicken thighs boneless, skinless and cut into 3 or four pieces per thigh
  • As required The seasoned rice
  • As required The cooked chicken along with all the tasty sauce
  • 1/4 tablespoon Fried shallot plus more to garnish
  • tablespoon Few strands saffron in a couple of warm water
