Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Add chicken pieces to the marinade and let it marinate for at least 2 hours.
  • STEP 3.Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers and grill them until cooked through.
  • STEP 4.Serve hot with mint chutney and onion rings.

Cooking Tips

  • You can also cook the kababs in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
  • If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before using to prevent them from burning.
