Ingredients for Chicken Anticuchos Recipe

  • 1.50 No.s skinned and boned chicken breasts
  • As required Salt
  • As required Pepper
  • 1/2 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1/2-1 tablespoon aji mirasol paste
  • 1/4 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • As required Cumin seeds
  • 1.50 No.s boiled potatoes

Directions: Chicken Anticuchos Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 cut the chicken breast into 2 inch pieces.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2 in a bowl take salt, pepper, garlic, aji mirasol paste, vegetable oil, oregano and cumin.

  • STEP 3.3 mix them well and coat the chicken well with this mixture.

step 4

  • STEP 4.4 keep it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours and let it marinate.

step 5

  • STEP 5.1 place the chicken pieces in skewers and grill it for 4-5 minutes or till they turn golden brown.

step 6

  • STEP 6.2 cut the potatoes and cook with little oil in a pan on medium heat till they turn golden.

step 7

  • STEP 7.3 serve the chicken skewers with cooked potatoes and some sauce.
