Ingredients for Chicken And Prawn Fried Rice Recipe

  • 400 gram Cooked Rice
  • 100 gram Prawns
  • 10 gram Chicken breast diced small
  • 50 gram Carrots finely diced
  • 100 gram Pineapple cut into small chunks
  • 50 gram Cashew nut
  • 50 gram Peas
  • 3 Garlic finely chopped cloves
  • 10 gram Ginger finely chopped
  • 1 No.s Small Onion Finely Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon White pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking wine
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon Oil

Directions: Chicken And Prawn Fried Rice Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Peel, devein and wash 100 gm prawns and cut them into halves.

step 2

  • STEP 2.-1)place 100 gm washed and cut prawns in a bowl and add ¼ tsp salt, ½ tsp white pepper powder, ½ tbsp cooking wine.

step 3

  • STEP 3.-2)mix well and leave to marinate.

step 4

  • STEP 4.-3)in a bowl add 100 gm diced chicken breast, ¼ tsp salt, ½ tsp white pepper powder, ½ tbsp cooking wine and mix well and leave to marinate.

  • STEP 5.-4)heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok and add marinated chicken pieces.

step 6

  • STEP 6.-5)stir fry for 2 minutes till chicken is cooked.

  • STEP 7.-6)use a slotted spoon to remove the chicken and drain the excess oil. Keep aside.

step 8

  • STEP 8.-7)in the same hot oil add the marinated prawns and stir fry for 1 minute.

step 9

  • STEP 9.-8)remove the prawns from the wok. Keep aside.

step 10

  • STEP 10.-9)heat another 1 tbsp of oil in the wok and add 3 cloves of garlic, 10 gm of ginger and 1 small onion finely chopped.

step 11

  • STEP 11.-10)add 50 gm cashew nuts and stir fry for 1 minute.

step 12

  • STEP 12.-11)next add 50 gm diced carrots and 50 gm peas and stir fry for 2 minutes.

step 13

  • STEP 13.-12)then add 100 gm pineapple cut into small chunks and stir fry for a few seconds.

step 14

  • STEP 14.-13)add the cooked chicken and prawns and stir all the ingredients together.

step 15

  • STEP 15.-14)at this stage add 400 gm cooked rice and 1 tbsp fish sauce and mix well till all the ingredients are well combined.

step 16

  • STEP 16.-15)add 1 tsp turmeric powder and stir fry for 2 minutes.

step 17

  • STEP 17.-16)lastly add 1 tbsp sesame oil and mix. Turn off the heat.

step 18

  • STEP 18.-17)transfer to a serving dish.
