Ingredients for Chicken And Cauliflower Curry Recipe

  • 1/2 kilogram Chicken
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Pepper powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice or 250gms Curd
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 As required Tbsp or Salt

Directions: Chicken And Cauliflower Curry Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Wash the chicken well in lukewarm water and cut it into small pieces.

  • STEP 1.Add all the ingredients 1 kg chicken,1 tsp ginger-garlic paste,1/2 tsp pepper powder,1/2 tsp turmeric,1 tsp red chili powder, 250gms curd, 1 tsp oil, and 1 tsp or as per taste salt. Mix them well and marinate the chicken for the rest 1hour

  • STEP 1.Also wash the cauliflower well, if needed keep it in a lukewarm water for 10-15mins. Then dice the cauliflower properly and boil it adding a pinch of salt.

  • STEP 1.In a saucepan heat 4-5 tsp of cooking oil, add the chopped onions and fry it well till it’s golden.

  • STEP 1.Now add the green chili, cumin paste, ginger paste, and garlic paste and saute them well.

  • STEP 1.Now add the necessary spices- turmeric, red chili, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, and salt to taste.

  • STEP 1.Add ½ cup water and give it a good mix. Now add the marinated chicken, add some more water if needed, and give it a good mix.

  • STEP 1.Cover it for 10-20 mins. The consistency of the gravy will become thick.

  • STEP 1.Now add the cauliflower and add some more water as required, give it a gentle mix and cover it for 3-5mins.

step 10

  • STEP 1.Your chicken cauliflower curry is ready and good to serve. Serve it with steamed rice or chapatis.
