Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, marinate the chicken pieces with red chili powder, turmeric, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a deep pan and deep fry the marinated chicken pieces until they turn golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 3.In another pan, heat some oil and add curry leaves, green chilies, and chopped garlic. Saute for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 5.Add the fried chicken pieces to the pan and toss them in the masala until they are well coated.
