Ingredients for Chick pea salad Recipe

  • 50 gm Chick pea
  • 50 gm Boiled Potatoes
  • 25 gm Tomato
  • 25 gm Onion
  • A Handful Coriander.....hand ful
  • As Required Salt ......as per taste
  • 1/2 Pieces Lemon.....one
  • 1/2 tsp Chat masala
  • 25 gm Capsicum

Directions: Chick Pea Salad Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soak the chickpea overnight
  • STEP 2.Boil it for 30 minutes
  • STEP 3.Put the boiled chickpea, boiled potatoes, chopped tomatoes and chopped onion and chopped capsicum.
  • STEP 4.Mix them
  • STEP 5.Add salt and chat masala according to taste.
  • STEP 6.Add lemon juice and mix them proper.
  • STEP 7.Serve it in bowl ....garnish with coriander.
