Ingredients for Chichen kasha Recipe

  • 250 gm Chicken
  • 100 gm Curd
  • 2 tbsp Red chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 4 tbsp Ginger paste
  • 5 tbsp Onion paste
  • 2 tbsp Garam masala powder
  • As Required salt as per taste
  • 1 cup Mustard oil

Directions: Chichen Kasha Recipe

  • STEP 1.Marinate the chicken with curd for 1 hour. Add oil in the pan. Heat the oil. Add the onion and ginger paste in it. Add turmeric and red chilli powder . Add salt as required. Give them a good mix. Add marinated chicken. Keep the flame high. Add hot water. Now cook in medium flame for 25 minutes. After that add garam masala powder . Serve hot.
